About the Logo

The dove logo was designed by Julie’s son, Michael, from a general description that she gave to him. The dove symbolizes peace – reflective of her desire to help achieve peace through honoring diversity – and it is also a symbol of the Christian faith; which stresses her efforts to help people celebrate the richness of God’s diverse creation. The dove is ascending which speaks of triumphant hope. The olive branch has multi-colored leaves with colors that represent her love for both cultural and ethnic diversity.
